• Public Liability from 350.000€ up to 1.500.000€ (The main reason for providing so much on the public liability is that people who have guests or tenants from the UK to stay are possibly open to UK court action in the case of an accident.
• Beneficiary – either the owners or banks and financial institutions can be named. Accidental damage / All-risks cover option (available with Norwich Union) (To the best of our knowledge, Spanish companies do not, at this moment provide this type of cover on their home insurance policies.
• Buildings and / or Contents Insurance

• All documents in English
• Choice of excess - the higher the excess, the lower the premium.
• Claims history – “no-claims bonus” available
