Dear Jennifer Cunningham, As you are aware in the two years we have been insured with Liberty Seguros we have had to submit 3 claims. The most serious being the forest fire in September 2010 and the others being 2 floods in December 2011 and on each of these occasions your staff have given a level of service that is complimentary to yourselves and the insurance industry as a whole.
